We as HD – Life see shepherding as an central part of ministry. The Pastoral Ministry is described in scripture as a Shepherd. The shepherds is responsible for the flock. As they have oversight over them by caring, leading them in the ways of God. Keep enemies from attacking the sheep and seeing that they eat the right food ( word of God ) that nurtures and strengthen them. This ministry serve as grace carriers in the five fold to facilitate the church in its growth. In HD-Life this ministry of local Pastors will assist you in your growth, care and leading you to become closer to the Chief Shepherd Jesus Christ
